We have 20 years of experience in the roofing industry working on a myriad of small and large roofing and cladding schemes across the London area. We are based in 63/66 Hatton Garden Fifth Floor Suite 23 EC1N 8LE.

Andrew has an array of experience in the construction industry, qualifying as a quantity surveyor in his early years he has gained vast knowledge and has now implemented this into the business.

Managing Director
Jason has a background in business, having run an array of different companies. He has developed XPRT Maintenance into an industry leading maintenance company with his main goal being customer satisfaction.

Commercial Director
Suhail is a qualified quantity surveyor who boasts a wealth of commercial construction knowledge and expertise gained through years of running an industry leading roofing and cladding contracting company, which he now shares in the maintenance industry.
Zachery Michaelides
Senior Estimating Manager
Zachery is an experienced estimator with a proven track record in accurately assessing project costs and timelines. Proficient in analysing drawings, conducting site evaluations, and collaborating with clients to deliver precise estimates.
William English
Project Manager
William is currently studying his quantity surveying degree and has vast experience in the constuction and maintenance industry. He has worked for various large main contractors and has experience on sites having worked hands on on many commercial and residential projects.
